Position Summary

J Staffing Resources is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive patient care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare services.

This position offers opportunities in a variety of healthcare settings, including primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, occupational health, specialty practices, and outpatient clinics.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, wellness, and disease prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and patient confidentiality requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the applicable state
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA registration (if required)
• Active BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred depending on practice setting
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• Urgent Care or Primary Care experience
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) experience
